A small iPhone app for logging whatever you like — symptoms, coffees, headaches, mileage. No accounts, no tracking, and nothing leaves your iPhone unless you ask.
What it does
- Your own categories. Give a category a name, a colour and the list of things it records: numbers, text, a scale, a yes/no, a choice from a list, or a point dropped on a picture.
- One tap to log. The three categories you use most fan out from the + button, so the usual entry is two taps.
- Analytics. Everything logged against a category rolled up over a period — sums and averages for numbers, counts per option for lists, every point ever dropped plotted on its picture.
- Filters. Stack conditions like Pain level > 5 or Took medication is Yes and see only the entries that match.
- Photos and colours. Attach photos to an entry, or record a colour from a palette you name yourself.
- Goals. Set a target — at least 3 runs a week, at most 2 coffees a day, 10 km within a month — and follow your progress and streaks.
- Sharing. Share one category with family or friends by a short code. You approve who joins, and everything in it is end-to-end encrypted.
- Create with AI. Describe what you want to track in a sentence and Apple’s on-device model sets up the category for you.
Privacy
Everything you log stays on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Share a category with other people and it is end-to-end encrypted, so only they can read it. See the privacy policy.
